McGrath Ranch & Garden Wedding: Emily & Kevin

Emily & Kevin’s wedding was one of the sweetest days ever. We mayyyyy have shed a tear (or two) during this beautiful union. Emily & Kevin are both very passionate about the environment and found such wonderful ways to honor that throughout their day. One of our favorite touches was that they decided to get married barefoot as they wanted to feel grounded and connected to their space and to the moment they marry one another among their friends and family. This day felt so special and so full of love, we felt so honored to be there and to capture it all. Please enjoy a sneak peek into this lovely day!

Jackson Wyoming Destination Wedding: Erin & C-Wray

So we got to travel to one of the most beautiful places we have ever been AND shoot two of the kindest and warmest people we know. We love when couples truly focus on what is important to them when planning their day. For Erin & C-Wray that was beautiful nature (nbd just the famous Wyoming Tetons) and celebrating with friends and family which we feel is so apparent in their photos. We feel so honored to have had the pleasure of traveling to such a stunning spot to capture these two as they committed their lives to one another.

Jamie & Brenton

Jamie & Brenton are the kind of people you just want to be best friends with. We immediately connected with them at their engagement session and fell in love with their contageous joy and love for each other. Their wedding day had some of the usual obstacles that most wedding days throw at you. Jamie & Brenton took their day as it came and had a blast the whole way through. Once the vintage air craft flew over the ceremony guests (yes that happened) the day was in full force and everyone had a great time. The dance floor was epic and the details were fresh and unique. We got to experience some breathtaking views and emotional moments. What more could we ask for?!

Joshua Tree Elopement: Joy & Phuoc

Joy & Phouc decided to have the most epic and gorgeous Joshua Tree Elopement! They put so much though into every detail of their day and it really showed! One of their inspirations was a past styled shoot we shot that was featured on GWS ( It is so encouraging to see that inspiration brought to life!

Serendipity Garden Wedding: Stephanie & Christian

When there is rain and snow in the forecast for a wedding day, it can sometimes make everyone a little nervous. But Steph and Christian dotted all the I's and crossed all the T's when it came to prepping for the weather and taking care of their guests. From the cute umbrellas at the ceremony, the faux fur wraps for the bridesmaids, the blankets at cocktail hour, to the outrageously gorgeous tent adorned with the beautiful drapery filled with heaters, no detail was looked over. The thought and care that went into every little thing made every guest feel VIP. Even though it was a little chilly the sky was covered with beautiful clouds which added to the romantic and cozy vibe of the whole day. Come rain or come shine, Steph and Christian weren't going to let anything stop them from having the best day filled with love, laughter and silliness. Enjoy these two lovebirds.

Intimate Santa Barbara Elopement: Ben & Emily

Ben & Emily are two of our closest friends. It was such a privilege to be a part of such an intimate gathering. Ben and Emily wanted the day to feel laid back, fun and classy. They absolutely nailed it! They kept it simple by inviting their closest family and friends to the Santa Barbara Courthouse for a lovely ceremony on the lawn, followed by a candle lit dinner at the Belmond El Encanto. With such a loose timeline we were lucky enough to plan some extra photo time in and shoot at some of the most gorgeous Santa Barbara locations. We made a quick stop at the beach on the way to dinner and just played around. The joy of their love and the happiness of the day is really apparent in their photos. Ben and Emily are two awesome people who are even better together. Take a look at a few highlights of their love. <3

Santa Barbara Wedding: Kelley & Dave

Where do we even begin? Kelley and Dave's wedding day was a perfect way to start off the wedding season! It was filled with laughter, joy, dancing and champagne! The icing on the cake was that the bride is a dear friend to both of us! These two love birds just moved to Mammoth to start their lives together as a married couple but they really wanted to tie the knot in Santa Barbara to be near friends, family and of course the ocean. ;)

Kelley is a photographer herself so she made sure to make her wedding day very "photo friendly". She wanted the day to feel relaxed and fun and for there to be plenty of time for photos. One of our absolute favorite parts of the day was when the 4 of us drove to Shoreline Beach to hang out and take some portraits. It was such a beautiful and peaceful time to really capture the beauty of the day and most importantly Kelley & Dave's joy and excitement now that they are married. They even took a little extra time to relax just the two of them before joining everyone at the reception.

Here are some of our favorite images from this perfect day. Congratulations Kelley & Dave!

We really enjoyed this day and everyone who was a part of it. Thank you to the awesome vendors who brought it all together:

Adventurous Iceland Couple's Session: Rebecca & Reza

There's just something about Iceland. We can't put our finger on it but there is a whimsical and magical vibe there that is unlike anything else in this world.

We thought the Baltic Pillars in Vik would be a solid place to start our session with Rebecca and Reza. The second we started walking towards the pillars the clouds rushed in and it started pouring rain. The four of us looked at each other and all had the same look on our faces that said..."Who cares! Let's do this"! Almost the second we started shooting, the clouds opened and the rain gave up. We couldn't believe it.

Rebecca and Reza are the quintessential couple for adventure and down right silliness. We could barely keep up with them on the black sand beach. They were full of fun and laughter and we truly believe that if we hadn't been there, they would have been acting the exact same way. They have a kind of love that you just want to be around and soak in. Even the sun came out to be a part of it and gave all of us a gorgeous sunset.

Arts District Wedding: Zach & Julia

Capturing a wedding is always a joy, but it's a bonus when the bride and groom are as artistic and eclectic as Julia and Zach. Here's a couple who kicked off their big day by strutting the downtown streets of LA and were totally cool with a giant wall of graffiti being the backdrop for their "first look".

From the unique location choice of Werkartz Art Gallery to Julia walking through the crowd of friends and family towards her groom as they gathered closely around to watch them say "I do", each and every detail felt personal and intimate. Moreover, the day felt handcrafted by the couple.

But it didn't stop with the venue and the hand-made dreamcatchers hanging overhead. Julia's personal style was reflected in the Mara Hoffman dress she wore, accented by Julia's personal line of Jewelry and DIY bouquet.

What amazes us is that this day wasn't out of the ordinary. Check out their engagement dinner (featured on Green Wedding Shoes ) here to get another look at their truly individual style.

Here are some of our favorite moments from their amazing day! Enjoy!

A special thanks to the awesome vendors who brought this day to life!
